SPACEBEL is a people-friendly company with many assets and strong core values

From the outset, SPACEBEL appeared to me as a "feel good" company that is a leader in a highly technological sector. Even today, my first impression remains confirmed through the pleasant atmosphere, the corporate culture, the kindness, the good understanding... in short, this family feel, which allows us to evolve in a friendly and comfortable way on a daily basis.
In my role as HR Business Partner, I see that the size and spirit of SPACEBEL enable me to invest in a wide range of ‘soft HR’ issues: recruitment, training, assessment, skills management, well-being at work, etc. The open-mindedness of the management team is also a considerable strength in terms of collaboration. Here, we work in a context of trust and mutual respect, which is perfectly in line with my personal values.
To find out more about our HR practices and the many assets of SPACEBEL, I invite you to listen to the podcast that I had the pleasure to record this year with AGORIA: https://open.spotify.com/episode/00VvVGFdSFhckG1AUEBnbx (copy the link and open it in a new tab).

For several years now, I have been in charge of exciting projects

« With the "2001 Space Odyssey" movie as unique Space reference, I joined SPACEBEL in 2007, attracted by the innovative features of Earth observation. Thanks to the guidance and experience of a highly skilled and pedagogic engineer, I have developed a wide range of skills during the many projects I have worked on. This has allowed me to gradually acquire autonomy, initiate technical solutions and even contribute to the definition of standards. For several years now, I have been in charge of exciting projects and I advise on the use of satellite data and Cloud architectures. »

SPACEBEL is a dynamic company offering interesting career opportunities

« I joined SPACEBEL in 2018. From the outset, I assumed multiple responsibilities, including the Proba-3 and ALTIUS project management. In 2021, I have been appointed Mission & Control Business Unit Manager. Our department is currently working on several exciting Space missions. My daily activities involve a broad range of disciplines as well as a diversified set of technical and soft skills. I stay in close contact with our clients to understand their needs and I coordinate with the project team to identify potential problems as soon as possible and find the best approach to tackle them. My tasks also include challenging technological issues, project cost control and follow-up of the schedule. »

SPACEBEL is a human-sized company in a technically challenging sector

"Attracted by the Space industry and its stakes, I joined Spacebel in 2018 following a final year internship. I discovered a human-sized company where I have the chance to work on the embedded software of several scientific European Space Agency satellites. Solving the technical requirements of the various missions while respecting the very high quality level demanded by the Space sector is a real challenge!"
